He is also the visiting faculty to Directorate Of Training –Union Territory Civil Services (Govt.Of Delhi) and a Govt.Certified POSH Trainer & Marketing Manager as well.

Experience

Mr.Ranjan is having 19+Yrs of Work Experience working closely with several renowned Corporate and Government Enterprises in India and US market. Since Dec,2016 onwards he has dedicated his life to his family-owned, Non-Profit Organisation “Surya Veena Adarsh Niketan Trust” (www.svantindia.org.in ) which is having CSR-1,80G ,12AA & AB certificates. He started the project UDDAN in Dec-2016 which is India’s 1st project on “Change Management For All-Change at your door step” which has brought the required changes within “People,Process and System “ through “Innovative Training,Counselling and Assessment Session “ across several Schools,Colleges/Universities,Corporate and Government Enterprises across several states like U.P,Delhi/NCR,Bihar,Punjab,Tamil Nadu,Jharkhand ,Rajasthan etc. (Watch UDDAN Videos) Due to the immense impact of the outcome of the UDDAN training programme, it was approved by “DOHE-Govt. Of Delhi-NCT” in 2018 for all its affiliated Delhi colleges/universities and by “Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parisad” in 2019 for all its affiliated U.P schools starting from Gorakhpur district. More than 30,000 participants have attended the UDDAN sessions till date. At School level, UDDAN sessions are highly interesting, mind-changing, skill-oriented, and at the same time result-oriented which helps the institution to channelize the potential of the participating students/teachers as per the desired parameters of “Classroom Management, Health & Stress Management.”
